Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://omegawellnesslongevity.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Health Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Longevity Coaching, Stress Management, Herbal Supplements provided by Omega Wellness & Longevity, by Lisa & Ha'Leigh. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Omega Wellness & Longevity, by Lisa & Ha'Leigh (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Omega Wellness & Longevity, by Lisa & Ha'Leigh reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Omega Wellness & Longevity, by Lisa & Ha'Leigh makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Omega Wellness & Longevity, by Lisa & Ha'Leigh arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Omega Wellness & Longevity, by Lisa & Ha'Leigh harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
